Our outdoor sessions are headed by our signature E.B.S, earthing, breathing, stretching. This session is a new concept, blending the art of earthing with breathwork and stretching building a reconnection with our planet and ourselves.
Research has demonstrated that free radicals in our bodies, created by our stressful lives are neutralized by free electrons present on the surface of grass. All we need to do is stand barefoot and let the electrons do their work!
Breathing is our most essential function as humans and somehow it seems we have no instruction manual on how to do it correctly. E.B.S will help you de-stress and get you in touch with your inner-self, setting up your day for great success.
Indoors at the Optimise studio, we have small group training sessions of a maximum of 6 participants. The session works on building lean muscle, joint mobility, core strength, and general aerobic fitness.
We offer nutrition-only solutions that will transform you weight-wise but also help you better understand how food works either for you or against you in your weight management goals.
